Red Faces has been responsible for some of the weirdest and funniest moments in Australian television.

Each week, Red Faces showcases the unusual talents of three amateur performers. The judges then rate their performances out of ten. The winner receives a cash prize of $2000, second place gets $1000 and there's $500 for third, thanks to our friends at myfun.com.au

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING:

What you need to know before registering…

• Your act needs to be around 2 minutes long.

• There’s no limit to the number of performers in each act, but we usually prefer no more than 6.

• You need to arrive at the auditions in costume ready to perform.

• Bring a pen.

• Please bring a copy or your script and/or lyrics

• Bring your music on an Audio CD

• Bring all required instruments as we cannot supply these at the audition venue.

• We can supply tables and chairs…anything else needs to be provided by you.

• Please bring a towel if you are going to be making a mess during your act.

• Due to the requirements of the show, we are NOT looking for traditional-type bands, that is: drum kit and a couple of guitars. Sorry.

• Do your best bits first.

The audition process takes between 1 and 2 hours.
